The Sky Cloud Hot Air Balloon Team began operations in 1987. Pilot Hal Ludwig earned his pilot's license in 1987 and participates in several ballooning events all over the western United States. Based in Phelan, CA, local ballooning adventures for private parties get scheduled in with balloon rallies, races, and shows from Washington to New Mexico.
